Since its inception, the Safas Group, has consistently become more and more international, aware that collaborating with global industrial realities and cultures would accelerate organic growth and facilitate the development of skills and innovative solutions for its sector.
After sixty years, and thanks to the intuition of the founding members, it is now known all over the world for the quality and reliability of its steel castings, which are used in the most advanced industrial sectors, from energy production to transport, from oil & gas to offshore, to earth moving machines, ecology, food, mining, etc.
Alongside the achievement of a strong reputation in the steel casting market, the process to align values and parameters for sustainability and respect for the environment have begun, culminating with the acquisition of hydroelectric power plants and the production of renewable energy.
Today, in order to consolidate this group, the diversification strategy continues for the production of engineering plastics for the industry and for those customers, whose management wants to rewrite that success story about growth and innovation experienced with the Steel Castings Division.
